Kids’ Miracle Designs (KMD) provides necessary funds for the families of children receiving treatment for cancer, sickle cell disease, hemophilia, or other serious blood diseases at the George and Marie Backus Children's Hospital at Memorial University Medical Center in Savannah, Ga.

Volunteers for KMD raise funds in a variety of ways, including selling buttons and calendars that feature artwork made by our patients. These beautifully designed keepsakes were the inspiration for the name "Kids’ Miracle Designs."

The money raised by KMD is used to help families cover the cost of utility bills, food, gas, or other day-to-day expenses. When a child is seriously ill, parents often have to leave work to care for them. This can lead to decreased income and financial stress. At KMD, we help families deal with other expenses so they can focus on caring for their children.
